yes there is my dear. aspire visa, aspen or tribute gold. i am a collector for these companies. you can also apply for an emerge account. these accounts are based on how you pay and when you pay. most people think that they can make their payment when they want to..well when they miss a payemnt their apr goes up and the way that they (the cardholder) talks to us is also rated in their credit. it's called a behavior score..counts on you credit report too.

orchardbank but dont try capital one they wont give you a credit card with bad credit...i only have 5000.00 in debt and they wouldnt give me one...also try premier
