I have a full time job and I will also be working part time as a real estate salesperson. Are professional association fees, franchise fees and other expenses incured in the real estate business tax deductible? if yes, what income tax form will i report the expenses?

do u think this is annoying? i have to walk pretty far in the office to get stacks of blank 8 1/2 by 11, and 8 1/2 by 14 paper (they are heavy too!), so i usualy get two of each and lug them to my printer. and when the lady in the cube next to me runs out of paper, she just goes to my printer and grabs it, or even opens a new pack from MY printer! isn't that kinda annoying???

Guys, I feel as if I have hit a brick wall. I own a rental property but these darn tenants have not been paying their rent. As a result, a payment arrangment that was made with my bank to bring my loan current wasn't met. The bank is now going to foreclose on my property on november 7th. What options do I have at this point. This has damaged my credit even further as it was reported on my credit report :"foreclosure initiated." I am in the process of evicting and trying to find someone to rent the place but I am afraid about refinancing cos I think my credit has been really destroyed to the point lenders will flat out deny. Are there any options I have at this point?

We have a set amount of a permanent cash advance we give to employees. Sometimes they go out on on site jobs that can last weeks, but we don't want them to carry huge amounts of cash to cover lodging, meals and other misc expenses or materials for job. I was interested in prepaid debit cards the I could reload and have control over the set amount for each employee. How and with what company could I do this with. What options also are available out there?

my husband went to the eye doctor yesterday for the first time receptionist took the insurance info and we took a seat and waited fast forward he is through with testing the receptionist saids that will be $155.00 well we were floored his copay is $15 when we relayed that to her and asked why did you take our card / and that we were not prepared to pay that amount and we would pay the copay she said getting the card info if my husband needed surgery or something thats what the card was for and that they don't except it for routine visit well my husband paid a $100 because doesn't want his name going to a credit company for not paying i would not have been so quick because we should have been told before being seen so we could make that decision i think this was very deceptive she should have told us they don't except that card is there anyway we can get some of his money back what recourse do we have very very shady business he stiLL owns $55

Hello! Yesterday I got a call from a lady claiming I've won a free trip and a chance to win a $75,000 car (Right away I knew it was bogus). When I asked her how she got my info she stated that is was trough a sweepstakes form. She then told me "is your email address still bla bla bla" and I told her "No, that was an email I had 5 years ago" (Another red light). To make a long story short, I went along with the game (I didn't give her any personal info). She said "you can pick up your prize tomorrow at 6pm and if you get there early you can win dvds, ipods, bla bla. I asked for a phone number and a website. The website is www.trendwest.com. It "looks" legit. I called the company, spoke to a "representative" and told him everything. He said the address the lady gave me is legit, but states the company gets contacts through "referrals". He gave me a 1800 number to call. No one answers. Who can I contact to see if this is a scam? I don't want people to get ripped

I'm getting married in 5 months. My Fiance and I are paying for everything. We've already cut everything to a bare minimum. We have good jobs, but as luck goes our savings keeps going to one thing another (i got sick, then my cat got sick, car needed tires).
I'm currently repairing my credit so my score is kinda low (511 yuck) and his isn't too great either. We'd be happy to get a Credit Card or loan (helps build credit).
Does anyone have any good ideas on some ways to get some extra cash or companies that will lend to "poor" credit customers with no equity?

Guys,

I am moving from the bay area to southern cal on 10/24. I would like to start changing my mailing address now with the USPS. I have already changed my address individually with my company, medical, magazine, etc.

As for changing with the USPS...should I change as a single or family? My wife and I have different last names; she hasn't changed her last yet, still using her maiden name.

Any suggestions from recent movers would be awesome!
