To start, go to Yahoo Finance. From there you have two options:
1) Type in the ticker symbol for a company that you like in your mutual fund. From the quote page, click "components" in the left-hand column. This will show you what indices, ETFs, and Mutual Funds that the stock is a part of.
2) From the Yahoo finance home page, click on the "Investing" tab at the top of the page. Then click on "mutual funds" at the top of the page. Then click on "fund screener". You will now be in a mutual fund screener where you can select all sorts of fund characteristics and the screener will return the funds that match what you're looking for. At the top of the fund screener is a scroll down menu that says "category." Scroll down and you will find "Specialty-Technology" and you're all set.
P.S. Try to find No-Transaction-Fee Funds to avoid high costs.

I suggest that you look at the NASDAQ 100 Trust Shares ETF (QQQQ). It is an index fund of the top 100 companies in the NASDAQ, but it contains all of the companies that you listed. It is an ETF, and not a true mutual fund, but the principles are the same.

Most tech focused funds will hold those stocks.

There are ETFs that focus on those too.

Look up those tickers on Yahoo Finance. You can see who the largest mutual fund holders are of those stocks.

That's should get you some ideas.

Look into Morningstar.com for funds of various types. They index them by type and I am sure that there are specialized Tech sector funds.
