I was trying to take a peek at my latest review. I snuck into my boss' office while he was out. I heard him coming so I hid under the desk. Now he's at his desk working and I'm trapped under it and typing this from my Blackberry. I have a full bladder. What should I do?

what should i look for in considering a service for foreclosure listings? is it worth the monthly fee (for an online mimbership) or should i route to sticking with listings distributed through a sherriff's sale, county website, realtor? i'm ready to invest and have a mentor or two for advice, but like everyone in this industry, i'm desiring an investment with an average R.O.I (meaning, it doesn't have to be outrageous, as i'm willing to hold and eventually lease option) ...something that's not taking a lot of time to find....i just want to pick and choose.

what are you suggestions???

It says balance $33,060.72
Contrubutions
Pre-tax $1037.09
ER Match 2006 $518.55
Provena Base 06 $518.55
Earnings $559.71-
---------------------------------------------
Balance as of 6/30/2006 $34,575.20
Change in value from 04/01/2006 $1514.48

Does that negative sign after earnings mean I lost $559.71 or what? Should this be a cause of concern for me.?

My current answer is: To start a family, became a homemaker. This sounds to boring and gives way to much information. Is there a better answer which will address the year out of work also?

I have done customer service type of jobs in most of my work history, I am looking for a slight change. I would like a job that gives me that competitive cust srvc pay and if I aim over the top I can earn commission. Please help me on careers or companies that have this. Not looking for a straight sales job, because we all know that if there are no sales, then there will be no job.

My wife and I are currently locked into our jobs until 2012 and we want out. Is there anything that we can do now that would start us off in real estate investing when the time comes? We want to be able to do the fixer-upper work ourselves, mostly because we love doing the handy work. We both have average credit ratings, in the low 600s, and we don't have a whole lot of equity in our current house to bother with. Does anyone have advice that can help us get started? Thanks.

Does it matter if you choose the first slot or a middle slot or the last slot? I heard you shouldnt choose the last one cus htey will have already made up their minds on who to pick by then...

I have 14 years of real estate lending exp. I have been home for the last three, but I can't seem to find a job. I have updated my resume twice now to make sure it is perfect. I don't have any idea why I can't find a job. We moved to ATL 2 years ago, and the only thing I can think of is because I don't have any experience in this area.
