For open end funds the share price * the total shares outstanding = the value of the funds holdings, but closed end funds do not keep that relationship intact. In essence, I can invest a dollar in a closed end fund which gives me a claim on $1.10 worth of the funds assets. How is that possible?

They money was a gift from my parents, they said that they wanted me to have part of my inheritance while I was still young. I would like to find some type of investment for the money and try not to touch it. I'm willing to take some risks with it, but not too big. I would like to make around a 10 percent return per year, but more would be great, like I said I am willing to take some risks. I appreciate any help that anyone could give me. Thanks.

Told some co-workers that I was looking for a new job because working every Saturday and Sunday for the next year really sucked in my opinion. BTW I was looking for a new job on my own time at home not using Comcast's resources. My supervisor says that I was causing negative energy by doing this and lead me out the building. COMCAST IS A CULT!!!! Workers aren't allowed to think for themselves and if they do they get canned. In fact working at Comcast if you mention the word "God" or "Jesus" or "Allah" and you get fired for it. I've seen it first hand. Now my question, since I live in a right to work state (Georgia) can I take any legal action?

I have some significant debt to eiliminate, the problem is interest payments. I make around 50K a year, and if i had that in a lump sum payment i could eliminate all of my debt in one year and keep my current lifestyle. My question is, do any financial establishments offer a one year loan? If not are there any other options out there for me? I'm totally open for suggestions.

I am going to be changing the title tags of my home page and listings page. Would this require a 301 re-direct? If yes, how do I go about doing this?

Or will the search engines just pick up the new title tags right away?

Ok so I'm known to everyone as a Reseptionist, but I'm really an Admissions Assistant. I love almost everyone at work everyone is real cool and laid back but, my one of my bosses has his favorites. Takes them out to lunch and whatnot. I mean I'm not kissing nobody's a@# and then on top of that, they recieve more responsibilites than I do. I can't leave the job I need the money ( I get paid pretty descent byu the way) but I'm tired of not being respected

My mom was injured on the job (broke ankle), she was put in a cast for 6 weeks-no work. Went back to the dr. and he said she wasn't healing fast enough; so he kept her in the cast. He told her she could return to work but only on light duty; she returned and was moved from her regular schedule of days to nights. After one week of work, she was removed from the schedule. After calling her boss, she finally called her back 4 days later. She stated that my mom had been laid off, due to the company being in the red and not being able to afford to pay her. She is still under dr.'s care at least until Nov., but now she has no compensation. Can they do this to her?

My girlfriend moved into an apartment with her friend, without looking at the lease (yes, i know she is stupid). Now she is worried she is paying the full rent for both occupants, not just her share (half).

The other roomate will not give her the name or phone number of the landlord, as he does not want her to contact the landlord (probably because he is scamming her).

How can i go around this roomate and find the landlord's name myself? Can i call the county office or something? Which office? Would it be possible to look up the deed to the building, and see whose name is listed as the owner? This is public information, right?

Thank you in advance.
