how much does it cost per page (on average) to do laser printing as a replacement for color offset printing?

It's really hard to say, because in color offset printing, the more you print, the less expensive per page it becomes. The set up and press work are generally the most expensive parts.

The laser printer here at my desk has been estimated at 32 cents per page, which is really expensive if you need 1000 sheets, but comparatively would be cheap if you only need 5.
