Are you asking about putting in the two weeks prior to leaving your current employer?

- Putting the same amount of hours as you normally do
- Work on training others to do handle any part of your responsibile after you leave
- If there isn't someone to train yet, write down the processes and procedures for handling your tasks
- Clean up all your personal data, cookies, any kind of non work related material from your computer
- Personally notify colleagues whom you have close working relationship with. You don't want to burn any bridges. These people are now part of your professional network.

Best wishes.
