If your customer lives somewhere else, buy a plane ticket to where they live. Purchase a megaphone(and batteries) from a local retailer. Find out where your customer works. Fly to the person's city and go to his place of work around the time the business opens up. Face the business, turn on the megaphone and yell into it what you want to tell the customer. Keep doing it until you are told to stop or are carted off by nice men in white suits.
