Real estate boom is cooling off a bit; that may have a lot to do with it. Have you considered placement with temp. agencies to see if they have openings? Also a professional "head hunter" might be worth a shot.

I'm going to add to the others here who have home based businesses. Have you thought about home party plans? This would be a great opportunity to have your own home based business, earn an income and have fun while you look for a real estate job (or quit looking for that job). It will also get you into other circles of people and get your name out which never hurts.
I do lia sophia jewelry, which is a high quality fashion jewelry party plan that has a lifetime no questions asked exchange/return guarantee on all of our jewelry. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please check out my website at: http://www.liasophia.com/ringsandthings and then contact me with any questions or concerns. I love this business and direct sales. I will tell you to carefully check out any home party plan and be prepared to ask questions. What does the start up fee cover? Any other fees before you can start? Who pays for hostess gifts - out of your commission or the company? Do you have to carry an inventory? Do you have to make deliveries? I do have a home party plan comparison chart you might be interested in. Just contact me and I'll be happy to forward it to you. Hope this helps

How old are your kids? People dont want to hire young mothers with little kids at home. Are you putting your at home time on your resume? If I were to choose between a person with kids and person without, I would choose the person without the kids because they cant use them as an excuse to stay at home.
I always consider mothers with kids at home poor employees because they call in over the kids all the time. Too much hassle.
If you leave that off your resume, they will not know. You think it is sweet (and I do too) but your a risk.

Contact the Board of Realtors there and find out if you have to take a special exam for Atlanta. Every state is probably different. Once you have done this, mention this fact right in the Objective section of your resume. Don't give up! Best of luck to you!

Hi, Have you ever considered having your own business? I can recommend a company called Arbonne and you can go to http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com to listen about it. There are links on the right side of the page that you can click on to listen about the company. Since you have been home with your family for the past 3 years this would give you the opportunity to still be with them. This job opportunity just might be a very great fit for you. Good luck to you.

"homemaker" or "stay-at-home mom" I've seen. With applicable dates and a list of responsibilities. Try and stay away from the "cooked daily lunch for Suzie and Tommy" and stick more with "balanced time between pre-educational child activities and maintaining a structured household". You might want to also list how you kept yourself up to date on the current activities in your job field. Read science journals, kept an eye on the stockmarket/house market, etc, depending upon what you area of expertise is.
