I have done customer service type of jobs in most of my work history, I am looking for a slight change. I would like a job that gives me that competitive cust srvc pay and if I aim over the top I can earn commission. Please help me on careers or companies that have this. Not looking for a straight sales job, because we all know that if there are no sales, then there will be no job.

If you want a commission, then you need to be in SALES. I can't think of any other job with a commission that is not in sales. My career in Pharmaceutical Sales pays me a good base salary plus hefty commissions along with great perks like a company car, a gas card, a laptop, an expense account, etc. Do your own research on careers like mine.
