I lent somebody certain amount of money (lets say $2000) using my credit card. That person makes me payments every week, or every two other weeks, but the payment amount changes everytime, and its never paid on the same date.
I would like to keep track of the payments, and the running balance of the debt, since I know that the interest rate is charged every month to my credit card. I can do it manually multiplying the balance by the apr and dividing it by 12months, and then substracting whatever money was paid, but I would like to know if I can have this on a template. thanks!

You go on eBay and you buy a popular movie DVD, anything first rate and brand new, how do people buy these in bulk? Don't you have to have a huge account like a retail store to do that? And please don't answer with just "wholesale", I know how that works, and everytime I look for anything wholesale DVD on the internet, it's just a company that wants to sell you a bunch of old movies and other crap, I'm talking if I want to buy say 1000 copies of "Ocean's Twelve" for example or "King Kong" or anything good and new, where the heck do I get it?

based on a wrong balance or financial hardship. This is for a car "voluntary surrender". Orig price 12000, I made 5600 in payments, they sold under book value for 4600. I was 3wks late on a payment from stipulation. they got judgement for 10,000. did not give me creit for $700 of payments. wages being garnished. If I Paid the 10k they will have recieved 21,000 for a 12k car. if this legal. Went through Ford Fairlane credit.
If u can go back to court for this ...where might I find the forms. new york State

I just got my first professional job after college. I'm relatively young and new (23 yo). This is a hospital that contains a large number of employees. I notice employees that have been here for 10 or 30 years. They feel they can do whatever the hell they want to. Even treat people who are smaller then them like ****. I notice they have a kind of like don't care type of attitudes about issues that are pressing as well. Also they are more likely to say what they really feel about some issue.

Is there any law that says we have to pay income tax? The IRS cites a lot of code, but this code has to come from a law passed by the congress, and it is this law I am looking for. And the 16th amandment says congress can pass those laws, but it still remains that people in congress have to pass those laws. So where is the law? (P.S. I am not trying to avoid my taxes because I don't make enough money to pay taxes, I am just curious).

I have an unpaid credit card from about 5 years ago. I was very irresponsible then, but now, I don't know which credit card it was or how to contact them. Does it ever go away and if so, how long. I've heard 7 years, but I'm not sure.

I live in Georgia. I have savings and checking accounts with 2 major banks but I always wanted to open an account with a credit union to take advantage of low intrest rates, low checking fees, etc. I heard the only way you can open an account with a credit union is if your employer, church or social organization is a member with that particular credit union. The only problem is I don't belong to or work for anyone or anything that is afflilated with a credit union.

Are there any credit unions that allow membership from outsiders or can you only get an account with them if you "belong" to a company or orgaization that has an account or affilation?
