I am looking to buy a liquor store business in the next year or so. What are the steps I need to take or specific things I need to look for or consider? Thanks

location , location , location . If you are in the ghetto they drink all the time . If you are in the burbs you need to carry a high end upscale brand . Ask a person who has a liquor store in your area the good and the bad . I have 8 liquor stores and i strongly suggest buying one . You will never go wrong as people drink when they are happpy and they drink to drown miseries . Win , win,win, all the time .

I only know one portion of the whole process-in order to own, you cannot have a felony. Otherwise, any time I am interested in buying a business, I go visit the local businesses and talk to the owner/operators and get the "real inside scoop". Let's lift our glass and toast !
