Yes they can. You need to change your bank account ASAP, and tell your bank about it. They can check for any odd activity and then change your account for you.

Your account number is not a secret as it appears on all the cheques you give out. But the copy of the drivers license and college Id can be used to produce a good fakes.

Inform the relevant bodies immediately and do what they say. But change your bank a/c for sure.

Yes they can and they will continue to if you don't monitor it closely. I happened to me and the person was caught and jailed. That was two years ago, I am still finding out about checks that were written. It's a long hard process, and keep all your paperwork. You can also call and have a security hold put on your driver license number and/or possibly request to get a new one. This information is found on the website regarding identity theft.

You need to monitor your bank account and make sure that no unauthorized activity is taking place. You might also think about getting a new driver's license and ID. In the future, just be careful about where and who you give your info out to, 'cause it can really wreck you!

Yes they can and you better get on the phone immediately. Look up the number for Equifax, call them and place a Hawk Alert on your credit file. They will contact the other agencies and if anyone applies for credit in your name they will have to call you. Its easily done through an automated system. You need to file a police report too just in case you need it in the future.

No, not unless your driver's license has your social security number on it. If they have your SSN, then you are at their mercy. Thats why they stopped using SSN in Virginia and moved to another number that does not have your SSN.
