Just call them and say you have changed your mind.

The sooner the better really so that they can go back to one of the other candidates.

Good luck!

Don't sweat it. This happens all the time. Don't concern yourself with the company, they will get by just fine. They will be annoyed, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't matter. Think about the pros and cons about each job and list them side by side. The correct option will then leap out at you.

Since you haven't started yet, you aren't really quiting you are declining their offer for employment. Just call them up and tell them you are going to have to decline their offer as another opportunity has come up that you can't pass up. They will understand.

Life is too short so keep the job that will be more fun. Forget about the money. If you have fun and make enough to pay your bills, it will be the best work experience you can get.

Call (the first job offer) and let them know that you just had another job offer (don’t tell them that you have accepted it) and that you will take it. Thank them for taking the time to see you and that you will decline the position.

companies go to great expense to hire and train employee. you shouldn't have said 'yes to the first job when you had other offers pending, but since you have... if you want to take the second job, notify your first employer ASAP. but be aware they will probably not hire you again if things dont' work out at the second job.
