I need a comprehensive list of cash flow note buyers and cash flow note holders. I would like to know if there is any mechanism that can enable me to do this free of charge. Government listings, company listings, or any website address that can lead me to the cash flow holders' listings would be beneficial.

I heard (outside of being an organization/church) that there is a status one can apply personally so that you don't have to participate into paying taxes. You would have to give up certain rights like voting and stuff of that nature. Anyone know or heard of this?

What takes a man to be rich or wealthy.
To the best of my knowledge i frankly feel that the following traits are required to become rich in one's life.
1. Bravery
2. Wisdom
3. Diligence
Please comment and criticize on my notion. Add your comments and best suggestions. Also try to define these traits in the best possible manner in the context of living, earning or corporate world.

(The Standard, Aug 10, 2006) China will adjust trade policies and make the yuan more flexible to help curb a record trade surplus, the People's Bank of China said.

"We will adjust the policy bias which currently encourages exports and restricts imports, adjust the bias in the management of foreign exchange which currently encourages foreign exchange inflows and restricts outflows, and adjust the excessive use of import substitution," the Beijing-based bank said in its second quarter monetary policy report posted on its Web site Wednesday.

The trade surplus, which swelled 50 percent in the first half to US$61.5 billion (HK$479.7 billion), is flooding the economy with cash, complicating government efforts to cool investment. Premier Wen Jiabao last month called the "intensifying imbalance in international payments" one of China's five biggest economic problems.

i had borrowed lot of money, like almost 20G from CreditCards and i cash advanced all the money into myaccount, since i didn't have debt that are over 4G, mostly collectors just call and sent me letters. iwill usually just throw them into the trash, and the phonecalls from collectors are usually made by computer, so when you picked up the phone and say hello, you will hear a pause in slience, that's when you know if the collectors calling, so you can just hangup immediately. its been a year now, and my money have been making me money in saving and investments, and who need credits when you have so much cash on your hands, right? America is Great! if i had done that in say Hong Kong, these Credit CArds companies would have hired collections to harass me at my place of residence, HAHA I LOve AMERICA!
