I have a fashion idea. How do I sell it and make money?

I do not have the manufacturing or marketing knowledge to go it on my own. Who can I sell the idea to and make $$ and not get ripped off?

Umm... Make an account on myspace, take pictures on a digital camera on your product, and give information on how much you're willing to sell for, and hopefully, people'll buy it. BUT, add friends on there. Like... LOTS of 'em. =]
