My boss seems to think it is being cool to tell jokes using the n-word and I'm a black person. He thinks it means he's not a racist but I'm his employee, not his drinking buddy. Should I report this because it does make me uncomfortable or should I let it go and find another job?

This is a guy telling you that your approved for an auto loan and to wire him an escrow payment so you can drive off the lot with the car of your choice. Pay close attention. Im getting a promotion soon at work as resort manager and Im expecting to meet with the owners in a couple days. I know that they are going to flatter me with a lot of words of praise, because that is what they have been doing lately. I am very flattered, but when it comes to putting my gratitude into words, i get lost. What can I say to my bosses when they tell me how much they appreciate all my hard work and that they see great potential in me. I think they are going to pay me less than what I was expecting, should I let them know how I feel about that and how should I say it?

I just started working as a branch manager in certain bank, and a customer came to the bank with a very akward situation: she got charged over 10overdraft fees for $30 each. Since her account was in good standing I decided to refund her a few of them. While I was processing the refund instead of inputting $90 I realized I put 90twice and the amount of 9090 went through, I reversed that transaction of course but I'm afraid my regional manager will see I made a $9,090 refund and although I reversed I'm afraid I will get in trouble because my regional manager is very uptight and may not be able to understand why I even tried to refund the lady to begin with. I did the reversal but I was wondering if anyone knows whether the regional manager or anyone else gets reports about the refunds that are made? help?

Why is it so expensive to trade on European Markets. E-trade, Scottrade, Ameritrade, Firstrade...charge an average of 5-8 dollars per transactions. Traders in Europe charge in the twenties... which ends up being very expensive for a day trader.. Do you know of a broker, local or foreigner that would charge in the same range than US ones???

The first interviewer that interviewed me said I was being interviewed for a sales positions.Her explanation: Sitting at a desk face to face with potential clients and persuade them into buying your product versus the competition. But today I went on another interview because the lady that interviewed me has been shipped to Tenn. and someone was taking her place and he wanted to meet me but in the process he said I would be doing residential sales. I don't want to do residential sales I wanted the "face to face at my desk sales" I report for my third interview Friday, with the person thats going to be training me. How do I ask the 2nd interviewer in a professional way what I would really be doing? Or do I just wait till Friday and see how the training go. What do you think this is my first sales job ever. First job that has a salary+commission and quarterly bonuses. I don't want to sound unprofessional. And Thanx to all those who prayed for me!!!
