well im looking for a part time job in an environmental or humanitarian section, is it possible? cuz all the teens at my age have normal jobs at restaurants and stuff but i want a different job in the red cross or in an environmental organisation program, can i get it?? just any job related to those topics, what are the options?? p.s i live in a city

Check with your minister. There are several youth groups who do things. Not for money, though. But it would look good on a resume!

I am a high school career counselor and yes you can work part time for the red cross, or any enviornmental organization. As long as they have a position available and you meet the qualifications. The only snag you may have is whether they'll hire you at age 16. You won't know that until you contact them.

One possibility is your high school Key Club. It is a purely community service group but would be a great experience in what it is like to help others.

Sure you can. But most of those organizations depend on volunteers, so the pay may be low or non-existent. Contact the organizations you are most interested in and see if they're hiring.

It all depends on the organization. If you look around your area, I am sure you can find one that will be of help.
