The best advice I can offer to you is go to the stores, and ask the managers directly. They just might be able, and willing to help you. Good luck.

From a wholesaler. You would need a business license to purchase wholesale items.
There are dozens of wholesale catalogs out there with everything, including bookshelves. Just google, surf and sign up for catalogs.... Or visit any of the Office Supply stores in your area, they'll have wholesale catalogs for you to look at. Don't forget the small businesses too.
Big Lots is advertising a $25 bookshelf. That's probably not what you're looking for, I just saw the commercial.
