I have a 3yo son and is taking care of him full time. But being used to working in the office before and earning my own bucks, I still feel the need to be able to work and earn even if I am at home. I saw an interesting article/ 'Financial Table' in a Business magazine which I am interested to use in my business analysis with suitable modifications, as per my requirements. It is indicated at the bottom of the table: "Copyright 2000" and "All Rights Reserved". I understand that copying upto 20 pages is allowed by law. Also pl. note that I am not copying verbatim of the table. Is it acceptable that I am not infringing the Copy Rights of the publisher? Else pl. tell how to utilise the data?

There is this company called "Aveeva" in California. They say they will offer me a position and help me to apply working visa (I'm not a citizen but with legal status) , but first I need to pay $2,500 for the H1 visa application.

Here is my concern: 1. this company specifically looking for people need H1 visa means all applicants will pay application fee first. That's a lot of money and will be a good reason lead to a fraud. 2. The company located in California, I'm in Connecticut. I couldn't physically go there to check if there is this company.

I chcked their website, couldn't tell if they're fraud. Checked the company stock, not a stock trading company.

Question: Is there any way I can find out this company is actully exist and is not a fraud company?

I had just turned 18 a few months, ago but when i chose to sign up for a credit card tonight at 2 locations..

www.officemax.com
i was declined with this message "LIMITED SATISFACTORY CREDIT HISTORY"

I'm trying to understand what exactly that means, i have 2 bank accounts all good, no problems, and no credit cards.. How can i establish good credit if i cannot even get a credit card?

Or do you know of any sites or stores that have a near 100% approval
