Could I be a neurologist? would i have to go to med school and do all that needle poking stuff if i wanted to work specifically with the brain and the psychology that goes with it? What could i do if i minor in Criminal justice?

Diagnose crazed metabolisms.
Seems like a wide open field.
By minoring in Criminal Justice, you just might find a job.

A neurologist is a medical doctor with all the years of schooling and training that is entailed by this. Sounds as if you want to be a sociologist or a psychologist. Much less education and training is involved.
