What are the criteria required in order to be successful in management in other word how to be a very successful manager?

, ., . My first job was working in an Orange Juice factory, but I got canned. I couldn't concentrate.

2. Then I worked in the woods as a Lumberjack, but I just couldn't hack it, so they gave me the axe.
3. After that, I tried to be a Tailor, but I just wasn't suited for it - mainly because it was a sew-sew job.
4. Next, I tried working in a Muffler Factory, but that was too exhausting.
5. Then, I tried to be a Chef - figured it would add a little spice to my life, but I just didn't have the thyme.
6. I attempted to be a Deli Worker, but any way I sliced it I couldn't cut the mustard.
7. My best job was a Musician, but eventually I found I wasn't noteworthy.
8. I studied a long time to become a Doctor, but I didn't have any patience.
9. Next, was a job in a Shoe Factory. I tried but I just didn't fit in.
10. I became a Professional Fisherman, but discovered that I couldn't live on my net income.
11. I managed to get a good job working for a Pool Maintenance Company, but the work was just too draining.
12. So then I got a job in a Workout Center**, but they said I wasn't fit for the job.
13. After many years of trying to find steady work! , I finally got a job as a Historian - until I realized there was no future in it.
14. My last job was working in Starbucks, but I had to quit because it was always the same old grind.
15. SO, I TRIED RETIREMENT AND FOUND THAT I'M PERFECT FOR THE JOB!** *

i have a dropship whole sale product company i buy from and sell it on ebay but i need some help im afarid if i start the bid for like 50 $ and the bidding dont go as high as i want im afarid i may loose money like if i put a nintendo ds in there for $50 and they highest bid is only for 80$ then ill be out like 50$ and have to pay all this major money like me loose 200$ can some one give me some advice about what to do

I rent a small place from this old couple and as much as they look out for me, the old man is constantly knocking on my door telling me to close my windows, asking what I am doing for the day, if I cleaned the apartment or did the dishes......blah blah blah. They are form Sicily and I know they have their own ways but I feel like I am constantly scrunitized. What the heck should I do?

All I can say is, I feel belittled so much for everything that I can't sleep and can't cope with life in general and can barely do my job. But to discuss this with someone over the person's head (in a nice, non-blaming way) can mean the person will hate me more once he/she finds out that he/she has been "reported" (though I don't mean it like that). However, keeping silent means more living in fear and depression.

So...stay silent and don't make problems, or nicely tell someone over his/her head and hope for the best? Gulp. I could be blamed more and not believed or person could make up a story to counter mine. I could really be let go for this or bashed more.

have they taken advantage of you? i purchased in april they changed contract after i singed it! call aggitaite but refuse to pick up car how long do i have to put up with them. they call make threats but never do anything after you tell them to come and get it howlong do i have to wait before they will leave me alone or shoud i bring legal action against them are they lazy or what one suppervisor told me the car was not there problem. what would you do they tried to charge me 43,000.00 for a 06 corolla

this so annoying. at work we have many keys to offices we clean. we have tried putting numbers on little plastic or cardboard things and attach to key ring but the numbers fade and we tried engraving on the key but its so hard to read. any suggestions, please?!!

My gf thinks waitresses make more or as much money as R. Nurses. Is she off her rocker? I think so but I need help seeing the other points of view. For instance she thinks that if you go to the restaurant and spend $100.00 she's taxed on that as opposed to only her tip which may be $5/$10 or $20 dollars. Can some waiters/waitresses out there clear this up for me?
