Stay in your present position and start looking for something bigger & better. Don't leave your job until you have another one lined up to go to.

Find something else and then leave. I hate that advice, been told it a couple of times, but it is true, better to have another job first and then quit, that way you are not caught between jobs without any money...also, employers tend to favour employing ppl who are in jobs already, and shy away from the unemployed as they have a fear something is wrong and that's why they are out of a job. But definitly look around, and leave if you don't like your boss...from experience, a bad boss is never going to get better, and being unhappy at work is horrible, as you spent most of your day at work, the worst thing would be to sit around being miserable...life is precious, don't waste it on a dead end job!

I had a difficult day at work also. I may take some advice that someone gave me, which is to talk to the person and try to see their point of view.

Never quit a job unlless you have another one already. Can you afford to go without the money? Maybe she wants you to quit that's why she's so mean. Kill her with kindness.
