Last time I did I filled a baking dish with boiling water and let it float in there. The melting was mediocre at best- the centre rock-hard and the edges barely runny, and it made a huge mess which I had the biggest trouble cleaning, so I binned it and vowed to get microwaveable wax.

The problem is the best non-strip wax comes in blocks so do I buy a wax heater or can I put it in the oven or something?

Also when I've used it I often have the problem of cleaning oil-based waxes off things. I've been using Jiff (a cream grime remover) and steel wool. Do the beauty trade sell something that you can spray to remove wax easily or disintergrate it?

I used to have amazing skin.. but it's been so bad in the past 2 years or so. In the past few months it's gotten a bit worse. Still not really as bad as most teens, but there's acne on my forehead, I believe! I also have acne on my back and chest (ew, I know).. is there a wash that will guarantee it to go away? I want to get a good face wash and/or scrub to help with my face, because I want something to get rid of the acne & illuminate my face, as it's been duller lately. If anyone also knows if that k-ta solution stuff (it's called something similar to that) for the under-eyes works? i want to completely fix my face acne (which although moderate, seems to be ruining my days) and my body acne as well as my lack of illumination in my face! help!

My sister is a very talented artist. I want her to draw a pic of an dark angel for a tattoo for me later on. However, she illustrates Anime comics, and someone told me that because anime tends to have sharp edges and a lot of detail, a tattoo artist will not be able to transfer the design faithfully, and they will want to redo her artwork to suit their skills. Is this true? I really don't want anyone tampering with her work, but I don't want to put her through the trouble of designing a tat for me if there isn't an artist to do it.

I have some idea about the recipes and the other requirements, such as keeping the body and room warm to promote sweating...But can anyone explain the actual wrapping technique? What do you use for slimming wraps? Is there something better/wider than tensor bandages? Where do you start wrapping? At the ankles and work your way up? Your arms? Chest, neck, hips... And just how the heck are you supposed to wrap your butt cheeks anyway?? I've tried it, and I can't figure out how to get the bandages in complete contact with the one area that women most want cellulite/fat control: their a**.

Any tips??

Ok,, my Mom said in a few months or more (probably more) she is going to buy my ProActiv, and I was wondering if it works really good on black heads?
I have a lot, and they are so annoying and gross looking to me.
Is there any home remedies I can do in the mean time before I get the ProActiv?

I made a post about ProActiv before, but now I'm asking if it works on getting rid of black/white heads.

I've always wanted a tatoo, but always laked money, or time to do it. A few years back I went through an operation, they replaced one of the valves in my heart with a mechanical one (its not as bad as it sounds, it was just a minor congenit problem that had to be taken care of, I lead a perfectly normal healthy life). The only thing is that now I have to take oral anti-coagulant (don't know if the name is accurate), anyway, a medicine that prevents my blood from coagulate. Doctors say I can't get a tatoo, and they wont tell me why (well, that much I can guess), do any of you know if there is a way in which it could be done??

I would like to get a tattoo. I know I want to get an Eagle because I am way into eagles. My problem is I would also like to have a quote or saying along with the eagle. personally, I don't like the middle, but looking at my photo what would look better left, right or middle?

(and remember- my right is your left cause your looking at a photo so Its switched around. I have an eyebrow piercing on my right eyebrow)- I'm thinking maybe I should get it on the left, so it "balances" because my eyebrow ring is on the right.

i don't want hair anywere but my head, eyebrows, eyelashes, and some nosehairs. is there a way that i can get rid of everything else? shaving doesn't work, cuz that'd be alof cuts and scraps. i want every other place with hair to,,, un-hair or be-hair it's self

I think tattoo's are sexy especially on a man's calf, or his bicep & forearms... I want to get one on my ankle but am too chicken... plus I am on blood thinners, (heart related terminal disease) where would be the least sensitive area to get one... How bad do they bleed?

The feel of the skin on my face is soft, but the look of it seems uneven blotchy and to sum it all up, it looks like I'm dead because I have dark circles under my eyes. When I put makeup on you can't really, tell and I don't use very much makeup as it is. But I would like to eliminate the use of makeup all together, but I'm just not happy with the look of my skin. I also have somewhat oily skin. Any suggestions?
