Some people. I do whenever I have a date or will be wearing shorts but if it's in winter or I know no one will see/touch my legs that day I skip it. Besides the hair doesn't grow back as fast so only have to do it 1/2 as much. WIthout a reason too, I wouldn't. And I know a lot of people feel that way.

I don't shave them as often as I shave the lowers... but if I'm wearing short shorts or a bikini you bet I do!
