Visine-the stuff for your eyes- gets rid of the redness.
Since you have 3 days, try this. At night before bed, put toothpaste on your pimples. Not a ton, just enough to cover them. It'll dry them out faster than just letting them come and go on their own.
I've also heard dont pop a zit less than an hour before you go somewhere b/c the redness will stay with you for about a hour, hour and a half...

no olive oil (???eh???), no toothpaste doesn't work!!! dont use that clearasil 3 day thing it just strips your skin of all nutrients and leaves it irritated and blotchy!
drink loads of water - nothing else, no tea, no juice, just water.
eat fruit and veg for the next 3 days - no sugary things or crisps etc. if you've got oily skin make sure you're washing it enough so oil doesn't clog your pores. vitamin D is really good for your skin - u get it from sunlight. there might not be a lot of that around but sit outside for a bit so at least you can get some. & make sure you're getting enough sleep. at least 8 hours a night! also you can try steaming your face - hot (not boiling) water in a bowl with a few drops of tea tree oil. dont do this for any longer than 10 mins (again this is bad for your skin) remember to splash your face with cold water straight after you've finished to close all the pores.
don't pick zits - they just leave scars and they're even harder to get rid of. as long as you dont pick it anymore they'll go down themselves in the next 3 days

Don't use toothpaste. It will dry your skin out REALLY bad.
When you pop your zits (this may sound gross, but..) get a pin and clean it with rubbing alcohol and use that to pop them. It's not as hard on your skin as your fingernails, which push the gunk farther into your skin and make it worse. After you do this put your medicine on it. Be sure you don't pick at your skin too much, just let it heal itself and wash your face every morning and night.
Good luck! =~)

mash 2 strawberries and spread over your face. Wait 10 minutes. wash off. the strawberries have this ingrediant in them that erases blemishes.
Clearisil.....I think it works well. If the strawberry thing doesnt work on your skin, apply rubbing alchohal to zit every morning and night to kill the bacteria you get from touching it (yeah, i know, its really hard to resist.)
ps. dont listen to what people say about clearisil.
not even me! Everyone's skin is different. Clearisil only works on some people(just like the other acne treatments)
My advice:
Eat TONS of fruits and veggies. Avoid junk foods. Drink ONLY water. I know that a LOT of people tell you that what you eat doesnt effect your skin, but it does! Well, for some people anyway. I dont think you wanna take your chances....

Use all natural soaps daily. After put any toner, and apply lotion. Make sure you apply toner and lotion to your neck as well as your face because many people make the mistake by not washing their neck. To help reduce the pimple put a drop of tea tree oil on it every night before you go to bed. If you need a face wash in particular, I use Aubrey Organics: Natural Herbal. It is vegan and has 100% natural ingredients. Also, you can drink jasmine tea. It helps a lot! You can also go to this site, http://www.herbalremediesinfo.com/Acne.html. A healthy diet is very important to your skin as well. If you have any problems on your nose, you should use biore strips. For pimples apply toothpaste to it before you go to sleep, that is if you dont have the tea tree oil.

Buying anything at this point and using it will worsen your acne since with any acne treatment it gets a little worse first then better. Use toothpaste method and put on makeup and concealer on the 3rd day.
