i have heard so many horror stories, and some of them very very gross, and very painful. I understand you may be uncomfortable with the way you look, but I assure you that you are more beautiful than you may realize. One should never consider getting breast implants for anyone but themselves, but breasts are not the be all and end all of life. I myself have larger breasts, and frankly.. sometimes I wish for a reduction, because they get in the way!! But, I am learning to accept myself the way I am. Good luck, and whatever you do, think long and hard about it, and if you want to.. talk to a friend or close family member.

If you really want bigger breasts there is a much cheaper thing you could try first- herbal breast enhancement pills. Because they're herbal there are no medical risks like with surgery. But they'll only work if you havent reached your full natural "breast potential" i.e. if you're an A or B cup. It cost me about £150 for 3 months' supply, at the end of which I'd gone up two cup sizes. Worth a try and they will look and feel natural, not plastic! Hope this helps.

Whoooh Nelly! That is definately a bad idea! New studies have clinically proven that as you grow older, your brests will com edistorted and irregular shapes. Also you have a much higher risk of developing cancer, and it its ever a really hot day, they expand, and they can burst, poisoning your body. Be happy with your body as it is, and buy yourself a padded bra.

My wife has them. They look nice, but she lost sensitivity in her breasts. I would have preferred she didn't get them, but she had them done before we met.

Don't do it! Most men find it unattractive and it can be quite unsafe and unhealthy for you. Besides, why would you want to cut yourself open if you don't have to, surgury is a scary thing
