its like little slinters and its not poppible if i want to take it off i have to sratch it off

they are lik pimples, but could be like black heads because they come out white

Whiteheads. They're usually a little larger than blackheads and contain more oil rather than dirt, unlike blackheads. (at least that's how I interpret them).
You can pop them. It won't cause any scarring, but it may cause some redness that will subside in about 24 hours. Just make sure to wash your face first with a hot washcloth and cleanser, or steam your pores open first, stand over some boiling water.
If they're not whiteheads, then they may be skin tags. You weren't very specific. These you can snip away with some nail clippers, you'll be fine.

That is oil coming out of your skin. I have the same problem. I have fairly large pores, too. I use the pore strips and that removes the oil pretty well. And you're right, they're like splinters. Good luck.

Whiteheads.get something thats Made Especialy for that.If not check with ur Doc.
