I have some idea about the recipes and the other requirements, such as keeping the body and room warm to promote sweating...But can anyone explain the actual wrapping technique? What do you use for slimming wraps? Is there something better/wider than tensor bandages? Where do you start wrapping? At the ankles and work your way up? Your arms? Chest, neck, hips... And just how the heck are you supposed to wrap your butt cheeks anyway?? I've tried it, and I can't figure out how to get the bandages in complete contact with the one area that women most want cellulite/fat control: their a**.

Any tips??

If I wanted to go to a day spa, I would. But there are none in my immediate area that offer slimming wraps...just detoxifying seaweed, etc. Nah, I want the kind of wrap that they use compression bandages for. The closest one is 2 1/2 hours away! And it costs $230. Plus they recommend doing a series of wraps. I can't afford 3-6 wraps at $230 a pop! Especially not if I can get a friend to help me do them at home. I just want to know if anyone out there who has HAD one can give me some pointers about wrapping techniques??

I went to a Sybaritic Spa seminar and they recommended wrapping in cellophane. You can use saran wrap. Due to the width of the saran wrap, you can cut it in half to speed up the application.

Start at the ankles, wrapping around and working your way up. Overlap the wrap covering up the center of your previous wrap. Make sure the pressure of the wrap does not impede your circulation.

Check this link for more details on wrapping. I hope this helps.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

No. Eating fewer calories - but eating healthy, and exercising is the way to slim down.
