Would It look better on left or right side of lip...
angled slightly (towards or away from center?)? Or
straight up-down?

I currently have an eyebrow piercing on my right eyebrow (on left side in photo cause your facing it)

wel because u already ahve a eyebrow ring on ur right side .. put it on ur left side u dont want all ur rings on one side .. and i ahe one on my left side too :):)

If you're going to get a lip piercing, I'd suggest getting it on the left side to make your face symmetrical. You don't want all your piercings to one side. I'd also think you'd look good with a vertical labret ( my opinion ), but if you want the ring, go ahead. It looks like you'd look okay with either piercing. ANYWAY - I'd keep it straight. That way it still seems symmetrical and balanced. Good luck. ;)
