Got a new tattoo and want to make sure it heals correctly.

after painting my nails I realized that I had a bleeding hangnail that some nail polish had gotten into. It doesn't seem irritated but are there some longterm effects I should watch for?? Also, it was glow-in-the-dark nail polish. Are these chemicals/particles worse?

i just got my belly button pierced almost 2 weeks ago. it hurts when i press it is that normal? and also how long do i have 2 wait before i can change the ring. the place i went 2 said 2 weeks but i thought it was 6 months...help!!

i made my own home made bodyscrub fron sugar and baby oil by the way it works great the only thing is that i would like it to smell diffrent for example like an orange or grape fruit with out having to by oil that smells that way allready i want to make it my self

ok they are not red... they don't itch either... but when i scratch at them they bleed... well i don't really know how to explain it... you can't see them unless you get close like when i look at them i can see them but when other people are like arms length away they cant see them... what are these and how do i get rid of them??

It's on my wrist.... I've had other tattoos with color and everything but this one wont seem to heal. It's dry and scaly and really itchy on the sides. It's been like this for a while now and wont change. help!!

i have a little redness on my face it cleared up while i was at egypt i didnt have i single thing on my face now its coming back and my face does not have pimples but has redness on it so what is that and what can i do i tryed drinking tea and stuff i used to sleep like 13 hours in egypt so do u think thats it well email me thanks michaeljones615@yahoo.com i hope somthing works i hope

It usually takes less than 10 minutes for me, even on cloudier days. If a burn = getting red (but not burning burning) it takes less than 5 minutes for me. :/

i am about 5'9 and i wiegh about 143
im 17
and i have toned arms and legs ( normal size and everythign for a gilr's body)

but i want to get a toned definition of a 6 pack in my abs and i want to tone up my butt
i have no cellulite on either places but naturally i have a slight jiggle
i dont want my butt to be rock hard but i want just a little bit less jiggle and a definition on the abs area not exactly a hard core 6 pack ( becuzz in mu opinion thats gross ona girl)
but anyways
if someone could list a site or moves that are the most effective for those areas
or maybe one workoput that targets both
