It usually takes less than 10 minutes for me, even on cloudier days. If a burn = getting red (but not burning burning) it takes less than 5 minutes for me. :/

I get "burnt" if I fall asleep in front of the TV ... so for me it's minutes ...

it depends on how fair your skin is. i never burn, well actually i think I've burned twice in my life. i turn into a lobster but two or three at the most days later i am just very nicely tanned . yet i have a friend who is outside 10 minutes or so and already burning.

you skin is probably very fair,stay out of the sun and at 50 you will look better than those of us that tan.

it took me the amount of time to have a cigarette yesterday. but it was really hot yesterday.
