If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I think it's not an acne problem. It's just the natural cycle of your skin. Some people especially the europeans tend to get red skin especially when their on a hot weather. So be cool about it and don't worry. If it's an acne issue,i suggest you used a good facial acne claensing.Drinking tea will slow down the skin's process but will not save any acne problems on your skin.To avoid pimples, try not to have too much intake of oily food.Use a good scrub foam to scrub off all the excess oil.

Try drinking lots of water - and more sleep can always help. You should also go to a dermatologist if you can, they can tell you exactly what it is and give you a prescription to treat it. It sounds like it might be a reaction to a different climate (are you in a cold climate now?). Your skin may have gotten used to Egypt and may just be "fighting" you now. Maybe try an oil free, sensitive mostrizer like cetaphil.

The time you spent in Egypt might be why the skin is so red. Is it sun burned? Drink at least 10 glasses of distilled water, it should help release the toxins from the skin.

You need to get a referral to a dermatologist; sounds like rosacea--Rosacea is a skin disease that causes redness, pimples, and red lines on the nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead. The exact cause of rosacea is unknown-Flare-ups often start when certain triggers cause the blood vessels in the face to dilate, or expand, which causes redness. Common triggers are exercise, hot weather, stress, spicy foods, alcohol, and hot baths. Swings in temperature from hot to cold or cold to hot can also trigger a flare of rosacea.

Well, since you're back here, its going to be a little worse, due to the climate.

I do believe those factors are true to helping out with your skincare, but you also got to adjust to the area you move to. Try using a lotion to alleviate the irritation in the skin. Also, try splashing cold water on the irritated area to close pores and protect the skin from outside factors.

Hope that helps

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
