I am a small person, but I have to eat A TON in order to stay active, and alert. I have found I have to eat 5-10 times a day, or else I will feel very shakey, and irritable. I even have to have a meal before I go to bed, and then another one if I am up past 1 or 2. My mom is the same way, and so is my dad, and both of them are really small, skinny people.
I am in college, and find that I am always having to run out of class to eat. I end up spending a huge amount of money on food. I can't really work out, because I have to stop to eat like every half an hour.
I don't have diabetes, a stomach parisite or a thyroid problem, I am a petite women, but for some reason I eat a lot more then people that are double my size.
How can I make so I don't have to eat as often? I have tried protien, nuts, all healthy stuff, and I burn through it all very quickly.
What can I do?
