I have my first tattoo about two weeks ago and I love it. I plan on getting more, and loving them as well. Now, the main reason I hear people agrue against it is "you will regret it when you are old." Who decided that having a tattoo as an older person looks trashy? Also, do you realize HOW MANY of my generation will have tats and be listening to rap and heavy metal when we are like 80? You ever think about that? And, I know body's change for the worse as they age, but your body is going to look shitty all around anyways. And, mine are not going to be all over my face or something, and I don't plan on prancing around in my bikini when I am 80 and wrinkly! I have many pericings as well. I say live with no regrets, because if you were able to take something back, maybe you wouldn't be the same person you are today. Well...I guess I am just sick of the "anti-tattoo" folk. Anyone agree with me?

I was wondering because even though I'm only 15 I have a lot of fine lines around my eyes and they're darker than the rest of my face. My parents don't have lots of lines around their eyes but my older brother does even though they're obviously older than us. One thing I've noticed is that me and my older brother haven't always worn our glasses even though we need them but my parents do wear theirs. I recently got contacts and a new pair of glasses so I am taking care of my eyes now though. I was wondering do you think my vanity was actually making me look older by giving me lines I shouldn't of gotten for at least for another 10 years and is their anything I can do to make them go away quicker? Oh and I do get enough sleep so that can't be it.

For a woman!

What is included in a daily facial/skin care routine?

Does it go like this?

Wash with scrubbing stuff
Wash with facial soap
Wash with cleanser
Put on lotion
Put on eye cream
Put on sunscreen
Put on makeup

How is this supposed to go?

What exactly is a facial anyway?

why are they so rude to people who want lighter skin, tanning isnt healthy for your skin either its more harmful, if people have a choice of getting a tan , then people should have a chance to get more fair without people being so judgemental, it's not good to fry yourself in the sun either, which has very dangerous affects

Looks DO count! We can't go around everywhere looking like the elephant man! We must be kind to ourselves in that regard. It shows high self-esteem, and people are attracted by that, especially a potential romantic interest. So why do people frown on being fixated on beauty? Who came up with the idea that paying a lot of attention to beauty is being shallow? I admit i don't look good at all, but i do owe it to myself to change things about myself. I've lost friends because for some reason, i lost everything physically attractive about myself in the past 3 years. I don't hold it against them. Nobody wants to be hanging around a scary monster. That IS going to the extreme, when it comes to someone referring to you as a "friend." Things will never be the same. I won't ever be their friend again.

So what do you all think?

Although I am very aware of the risks involved and would generally not even consider it, I will be using a sunbed (only this once as drastic measures are required...) and was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent protective lotion.
