So far I have lost 3kl and wish to loose 7, I know that eating moderately and healthy is an important factor to a healthy diet and weight loss and also that exercising and motivation is vital. However I'm having difficulty loosing this weight, yes I'm having cravings.... I admit, but I'm holding back pretty well from them... besides those couple spoon fulls of ice cream i had but any way!!! Thats besides the point!!!! Is there any good stradegies tactics i could use to loose 7kl, for example how much exercise should I accomplish in a day, what kind of exercise, etc
