when i wear pants without spandax on the waiste it sticks out a bit. Anyone know what to do to get rid of that stomach fat? and also my shin is a little to big cuz my thigh is shinny is that good?

Eat at proper intervals.. that helps u rise ur metabolism rate and u don't put on weight.. its strnage but true.. eating in right quantity and between proper intervals.. don't over eat.. walk whenever u get a chance.. try to do yoga.. it helps u lose weight and makes ur body fit.. have vegetables more.. will improve ur skin too...

shin??? your lower leg front side?? hmm do lots of crunches for your waist. the shin is not something i can imagine being too big, and what in the world is a shinny thigh?

Avoid eating oily food
Have some walking or jogging exercises in the morning.

LOTS OF WATER...about 25% of that is water wieght, You can loose up to 10 pounds a day of water wieght! The more water you drink the better...and if you drink soda's i would suggest you stop that. All that does is bloat you. Even diet drinks.
