does it hurt? Has anybody did it there self? i pierced my labra and bellybutton myself! i am scared i will hurt myself! is it true if you hit the wrong spot will you die?

Dont pierce your own tongue.
There is a specific angle, and there is veins that you have to miss. The tongue piercing has to be pierced in front of the attachment of the lingual frenulum (tongue web), but the top usuially is a bit further back. This is so it sits better. This is very difficult to do yourself, I wouldent even do it myself, and I'm a piercer.
Only a qualified body piercer should be doing your piercings.

no u wont die but u can damage some nerves and lose sensation on ur tongue and cause infection.so its not a good idea.get it professionaly done.that way u wont have to worry

u have to do it afta the little piece of skin which join the bottom of the tongue to the mouth... the thin strip of skin... hope u no were i mean!!! lol buti wouldnt recommend doin ur tongue ur self beocoz u cant c it properly with out using a mirror!!! good luk if u do though!!! xxx

Don't you may hit your nerve or a vein in your tongue and it may get infected or worse bleed to death

Hell, I had it done by a professional and I nearly died from the pain. Don't do it yourself. That could put you at risk for something.

better not. we hav lots of nerve point on our tongue. I ever read an article some ppl hav cancer after they did it. because the bacteria & gems got place to sty there. so please consider carefully.
& i bet it definately very painfull
