Lay flat on the floor. Raise your legs about 6 inches. Open your legs slowly then bring them back together and lower them to floor. Repeat about 10 times. Hurts like crazy but works.

You must do a little sacrifice by having a jogging. 2 hours of jogging and doing it 2 or 3 times a week will do. Not only will your tummy will get flat but also your whole body will be firmer. After 5 months you'll see the difference. It is up to you if you have the discipline to do this.

2. Go jogging every morning(its not how hard u take the phase, its how long you do it)
3. Do situps everyday, this is the best method to ,lose tummy weight(Cindy Crawford adviced me this when i had ur same problem)

6. And sleep on your back if possible

There are many ways.
It might be of good help if people became aware of the kinds of food we eat, what specific kinds of food provide and what they're good for - and bad for. You know, orange juice gives you Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), liver gives you iron, rice is carbohydrate - laden, potatoes provide starch, meat and eggs help your hair and nails grow faster, and so on.
Diet changes are a good start. More personal portion control - eating what you want, and only as much as you want, rather than huge volumes of food.
There's a way of eating called grazing. You eat small portions often, and keep your stomach working on a sort of rolling basis, rather than dumping a ton of food on it and nothing for the rest of the day.
Caloric Restriction is an interesting regime to try. Restrict the amount of calories each day to a really low figure. That's the carbs. Proteins, minerals and essential fatty acide, you'll still need to eat, so lots of beans and legumes, and lay off the chips and the steak.
There was a recently touted diet plan which made use of oats, berries, red wine and fish. I agree with the oats, because they (like baked beans) contain soluble roughage, a substance which helps emulsify fats in the stomach, among other benefits.
Other beneficial foodstuffs include:
- Broccoli and cauliflower, because they contain flavonoids which help stave off bowel cancer;
- eating five portions of different fruits and vegetables daily also helps stave off bowel cancer;
- four cups of green tea, plain, honey instead of sugar, has about the same effect, plus it's the richest source of antioxidants next to figs and dates (replace your coffee with green tea - you'll never look back);
- Plus, of course, my catch phrase: drink 2.5 litres of water a day, whether you get it from the tap, from a bottle, or from your tea, milk and fruit juice intake. Water helps keep away the hunger pangs, boost metabolism and helps digestion.
- You can also, of course, take up exercise. Even if you don't want to exercise, and who does? the best exercise to flatten that tummy is to practice drawing in your stomach muscles while standing. Pull your gut from the front to try and get it to touch your back. Just do that about half a dozen times, two or three times a day, even while standing, waiting in a queue.
Otherwise, a good 25 minute brisk walk will do you the world of good.
Hope that I've been of help.

Lots of cardio vascular exercise, half an hour every morning following half an hour of stretching. Try walking, jogging, aerobics, cycling, swimming, dancing, anything that puts you out of breath.
Also eat less meat, and only eat when you are hungry. If you don't get hungry around lunch time, then don't eat until tea. Lots of vegetables, potatoes and low fat dairy products, like philly lite, or pasta and pesto.
A fruit smoothy makes a really tasty and healthy snack, and really easy to make yourself.
Always speak to a GP first before starting any kind of change in your diet or exercise.

The best way to do this is to diet and exercise. Yes, I know, it's obvious. But that's how it's done. You can't just "spot-exercise" by doing situp and expect to get a flat stomach. Dieting and exercising is the way to go.

well... you should do some excercises like seatups...., you should also control your diet, eat more vegetable than eating fry foods,with preservatives, more oils.... i also suggest eat fish than chicken, like steamed fish.... and if you really want to reduce the size of your tummy, if you are tempted to eat a fatty food, i suggest avoid it or control it for 15 min. i also suggest dont skip meal, eat atleast 1/4 cup or lesser rice... aviod fatty and oily foods, and excercise daily...

do lots of exercise, something that you enjoy so that you will keep at it, or go with a friend so that you can encourage each other.
