First off if you want to lose weight you have to want to do it for yourself not your mom or anyone else. Start yourself off with a small goal like 4 pounds your first week. Then your second week 2 pounds. Don't look at all the weight you have to lose because that will discourage you and you will give up. Exercise 20 -30 minutes a day giving yourself 1 or 2 days off a week. Drink a lot of water and give up sodas and all fast food. Try Weight Watchers it does work and you can eat whatever you want. Good Luck to you.

Do not listen to the people who are telling you not to eat or to eat one meal a day. That is not healthy and your body will go into starvation mode and store any fat that it receives!
Eliminate soda (just by eliminating one soda a day in one year you'll lose 15lbs). Sodas are full of sugars and they don't fill you up.
Cut down on your daily intake of sugars and sweets, processed foods, breads, starchy foods, and pastas.
Don't skip breakfast or any meal.
Eat five small meals a day instead of two or three big meals.
If you find that you are still hungry or aren't satisfied. There is new research that state that soy beans and soy based products have a chemical that makes your brain think you are full. Try adding soy to your diet . . .I know I am.
Make sure that you get enough fiber. A good source of fiber should have at least 2g of fiber for every 100 calories.
Do not deprive yourself, limit your portions.
Try to exercise for 30 minutes a day. This means above and beyond what you'd normally do. Swimming, biking, yoga, and the exercise ball are all wonderful low impact ways of exercising and their fun too.
The best plan is to find a friend to go on the diet and exercise plan with you. You are more likely to lose weight. *Choose a girl not a guy. Guys drop weight a LOT faster than girls and that can be depressing. (My husband dropped twenty pounds in 2.5 weeks while I was only down six pounds.)
Try to be easy on yourself, so what if you don't get into those jeans in a month. It may take a little longer, but in the long run you'll be healthy and happier. I wish you the absolute best of luck and hope you can get yourself into those jeans.

You want to reduce weight within a month but you did not specify if you want an healthy weight loss or just weight loss, but i'll give you both:
healthy - only fruits and lots of water for a month
unhealthy - dont eat for a month
but all these are not going to help you, and you should not be looking for weight loss for only a month beacuse after that month is gone and you start eating again, you will be back to basics.
what I'll advice you to do is exercise EVERYDAY, and reduce your food intake (not fat) beacuse a lot of people will advice you to stop taking fat alltogether and tell you what to eat and what not to eat but that is deprivation, just cut down on your fat intake and any other food DAILY and you will be alright and dont forget to exercise EVERYDAY, of cause this is for a life time not a month.
cheers!

i do not understand how in structure you're yet in case you merely went for a 20 min run/jog or perchance a intense intensity walk, you should loose the burden. pass for this 20 min walk 5 circumstances per week and also you'll see a huge difference. it really is how i began back into determining and it not often takes each and every time. i'm a hectic college scholar that still works complete time and is training to pass into the militia in a pair months so this modification into significant to me, i realized how a lot less i change into drained adn how a lot more beneficial ability I have. also in case you should get a health middle pass and attempt out the table sure motorcycles and ellipticals you would love them. Incorporating this with a strong food plan receives you there in 3 months.

Diet and exercise.
Diet: Keep deep fried and saturated fat food intake on the low side...AND bad carbs. You should limit processed grains and sugars. Instead, eat whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Instead of eliminating carbs completely from your diet, simply limit the bad ones.
Exercise about 4 to 5 times per week. Do something that is fun, but also exercises your heart for at least 30 minutes.

Diet: avoid fat food, chili sauces, pasta, pizza and bread.
You'd rather eat: meat, fish, beans, vegetables, fruit. Use honey rather than sugar to sweeten coffee or tea....avoid also drinks like coke, fanta and supersweet fruit-juice.
Never ever skip a meal (you'll get more and more hungry)
Never ever eat pasta or pizza after 9 pm
Sport: swimming or aquagym...but you can also do 30 min/day step exercises at home or jogging, if you don't feel like spendong money..it works!!!

I do winsor pilates four times a week, the first two weeks i lost 8 pounds. Drink plenty of water and try not to eat anything after 7pm, because your metabolism slows down around that time of night. Good luck! And by the way dont do it for someone. Do it for yourself.

Eat lots of SMALL meals every day (6 small meals instead of 3 big ones). You may even eat more than you are now. Make the meals mainly vegtables (no potato) with very small amounts of meat. Combine this with exercise (lots of walking), plenty of water and your metobolic rate will do the rest.
