I am a small person, but I have to eat A TON in order to stay active, and alert. I have found I have to eat 5-10 times a day, or else I will feel very shakey, and irritable. I even have to have a meal before I go to bed, and then another one if I am up past 1 or 2. My mom is the same way, and so is my dad, and both of them are really small, skinny people.

I am in college, and find that I am always having to run out of class to eat. I end up spending a huge amount of money on food. I can't really work out, because I have to stop to eat like every half an hour.

I don't have diabetes, a stomach parisite or a thyroid problem, I am a petite women, but for some reason I eat a lot more then people that are double my size.

How can I make so I don't have to eat as often? I have tried protien, nuts, all healthy stuff, and I burn through it all very quickly.

What can I do?

I have the same problem, and to tell you the truth it is a pain in the butt. People say " Oh your so lucky you have a fast metabolism" but, they don't know that someone like that has to eat, and take time out of their day especially for that. People with slower metabolisms can go longer without food.

I disagree with the lady that says " Think of you love life and don't eat so much" because two things are going to happen.

One: If you don't eat as much as your supposed to, you are going to loose weight and look to skinny.

Two: You are going to get cranky, lightheaded, and you are not going to be able to concentrate.

it's just how your body fuctions, and you have to deal with what God gave you, There is the ups and downs to everything.

That's your way! No need to worry, it's just that you really like eating! But if you want to prevent yourself from eating too mouch, try te feel concious about yourself. Consider your love life! Think that boys will be turned off about that! You have the power of the mind! You can control it!

You have inherited a high metabolism. Good for you!! Get a big handbag and carry food with you if that is your issue. I don't see a problem. You're lucky.

u r normal dont worry..some ppl have high metalbolism..dont worry..u will make many ppl envy..esp me..i take extra care to eat less and i eat worst than a mouse

ur body burn food fast..hence u need more meals
