Be proud of that. I'm 18 and i've always looked about 4 years younger. Sure it's sort of embaressing when I asked to get carded or whatever, but it also feels good to shove it in their faces.
Don't wear makeup or dress skanky, it makes you look trashy is all. If you do want to wear makeup, do just a little bit!
Dressing classy could help. Like a knee length skirt, plain t-shirt, nice jewelry. Cover yourself up and just look confident and mature.
My point is you're 14, so it's fine!

Good Grooming & Hygiene. Dress nicely without being over the top. Same with makeup - moderation. I can always tell a "older"young person by how the carry themselves & dress. Talk with out every other word being Slang. In the "real world" adults do not have that ever changing fad of words. If you can break that habit you will seen much more mature.

you could try makeup. i know it sucks now but in 15 years when everyone is starting to wrinkle and get grey hair you will look like you just got out of high school. so be patient your time is coming. I had the opposite problem. when i was 11 people always thought i was like 15 or 16. now that i am 27 people are routinely mistaking me for 32-35. you definetely have the better end of the deal!

Wear muted colors (that means no hot pink), wear your hair up (no pigtails or Mary-had-a-little-lamb braids or cutesy accessories from Claire's).
Carry an understated schoolbag with proper school stationery (no scented pink paper no) and get bogus glasses (with no degree in the lens if you don't really need glasses).
Congrats, you now look like a scholarly high-schooler!
Just be yourself, honestly. :)

Why is that a bad thing? It rather shows that you're healthy. I'm 21 and people think I'm damn 16-18. I don't really care what they think, but it shows that I've taken care of myself so well that I don't look over my age like the majority of people my age.

You will, eventually. It doesnt really matter. :) To look younger is a privilege and not everyone is given that privilege. Enjoy it! All you need is a 'mature' mind.

You have the rest of your life to look old. Enjoy your young looks while you still have them. You'll miss them in a few years.
