I say you are pretty thin...I am 5 foot 4 and 130 is ideal for me not to look bony. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and it's about being fit and not thin. If you have a small frame and good muscle structure you might even need a little more healthy weight. At my healthiest body structure....18% fat and firm I would be about 125 pounds. It's about health and nothing else. Good luck.

chicky dnt stress bout ur weight. im 16yrs 53kgs and bout 162cm and im as happy as a larry. ok not tru i hav my days but all girls do. but deep inside i know im slim and that the worlds stupid supermodel weight is retarded. dnt lose weight! u r perfect! also the body mass index (calculated by dividing ur weight in pounds by ur height in feet) if ur number is 18 or below ur underweight, 19-24 normal and over that overweight/obese. i figured out ur number and ur 19.something. so ur rite on that edge of normal to skinny. i say thats perfect and i think u shud too. dnt let the super models get to u!!

You only need to consider body mass index and measurements. Weight can be affected by a variety of things such and water weight, muscle build-up and just having big bones. But you do sound like you are in the right neighborhood overall.

p.s. eat healthy!!!!

what is the perfect weight? Are you happy? If you feel healthy and happy then you are at the perfect weight already. Do not try to push yourself to some magazine ideal.

I think you are about right, depending on your age you have room to add a little but that will come with time . Just eat a healthy diet and have normal exercise and rest.

You're slighly underweight, your BMI is about 17.5, it should be above 18.5. At your height, you should weigh 115 lbs (52 kg).

While BMI isn't everything, it's a good indicator.

Stop worring about your weight there are more important things for you to worry about . Like studding and making good grades so you can go to collage.

You should be about 120 lbs! You are on the skinny side.

that would depend on your body type... you should be about 120 pounds or less, but I wouldn't go below 100.
