I have two big ones and a 3rd , 4th and 5th and so on to follow soon...

Upper middle back: 8x10 stargazer lily to cover my pain after an accident

Left lower leg from knee to ankle: Start of an angelfish sleeve that will morph into the solar system on the other side. And yes, I am including Pluto! lol

Future tatts will include: A dragon sleeve on the other leg, a cover-up of a mistake on my upper left thigh, and a shawl of peacock feathers across my shoulders that will extend into upper arm sleeves to just above the elbow on both arms. And finally a black& grey owl..dunno where it's gonna go yet. I have taken special care to place all of them so that they may covered at anytime. I even plan to buy special tights that cover anything should I attend a dressier affair that requires skirts/dresses.

All of these things have incredible meaning to me and I decided that I start chasing my dream of being all tatted up. My goal is to have them all done by the time I am 40. I have 3 1/2 years to go and I am well on my way. Wish me luck!

I just got my first its a black and Grey four leaf clover on my right belt line or as woman call it the bikini line. Its big and dark, and its simplistic but in a unique place not many guys get tats there so i think its kinda original. to me it represents all the funny and unlucky stories of my life. Many times something horrible has happened to me such as huge burns, could have lost my eye, heart problems, and many times if i had not blinked when i did or if i had moved even an inch to the left i would have lost and eye or lI'mb but im still here and i know it really wasn't luck it was God protecting me.So I guess its kinda a representation of a whole new era of my life and I'm really excited about it. I'm an Irish, and i have wanted this tat for about a year now and I got it on my 19th B-day. I havent told my parents yet they only had a vague idea that i wanted one so I'm still trying to figure out how to show them without being shot in the head lol but i think that's really cool that you and your daughter have that bond that's way cool

Celtic shamrock knot on my right calf, though it is going to grow into a much bigger tattoo soon and an array of stars across my entire upper back with a large nautical star in the middle creeping slightly up the back of my neck. That is just for now.....

I am 40 (not that age matters) and have 3 tattoos. On my left ankle I have a never ending band with my sons name in old english script. On my lower back I have extending flames with my daughters initials in the middle and last, but not least, on my left shoulder blade I have a stalking black panther.

i only have piercings-belly button and tongue, and forgive me if i'm oversharing but I have planned this week to get a "door-knocker" (clitoral piercing) for which i'm very excited.....i personally don't have any tattoos, i've seriously contemplated the idea but i refuse to get one as long as i'm hesitant about the idea...

however, i have this one friend who has an amazing tattoo, two actually...
the first is a pretty big banner that goes across his frontal pelvic area...it says "memor" in black calligraphy and is between two stars..
the second is a work in progress, he is getting it done by some famous tattoo artists up in new york who have been attributed with starting the next and completely unconventional and unique art movement...they're real artists and have plenty of work displayed on canvas, their approach is really unique, multiple artists work on one artpiece at a time, each is in his/her own "zone" and adds a little of their individual styles to the piece but the result is a unified and completely innovative piece of art...the cool part, they do it with tattoos too...multiple artists work on one tattoo at one time, it's really quite intriguing....anyway, the one he has that isn't complete yet (it'll take a few more years and is several thousands of dollars in cost) is a recreation of a painting he chose on his own, it covers his abs and chest and will extend slightly over his shoulder blades...it looks unbelievable and the cool part is it can be appreciated as art, its unfortunate that narrow-minded twits can bring themselves to realize that times are changing and having tattoos and piercings does not equate being trashy :)

by the way-i think it's awesome you allow your daughter to express her individuality...if only my mother were more accepting, she's repulsed by my tongue ring and believes it shows immaturity and the "wrong" mentality...if only she knew what i have planned this week!!! lol

A Butterfly on the lower left stomach area (which was probably a mistake, seeing as one day I'll have kids) and then a pretty flower on the upper back (centered) about 7 inches from the neck.

By the way, how did you get your picture on here? Everyone else has the cartoon characters but I wanted to put a real pic.

I've got 15.

1 & 2. Two stars on my lower abdomen (one on either side, near my hips).
3. Small skull & crossbones several inches below my belly button.
4. Rose design thing on the middle of my lower back.
5. A jack-o-lantern above that in the middle of my back.
6 & 7. Two pink & black nautical stars on either side of my lower back.
8. A half-naked pin-up girl on my right thigh. (It's a cartoon version of myself.)
9. A skull with wings, done in blues and whites, on the back of my left ankle (it's an angel).
10. A skull with wings, done in pinks and purples, on the back of my right ankle (it's a devil).
11. A star on my back, near my left armpit.
12. A large heart with skull & crossbones between my shoulders. The heart has waves and flowers in it, I designed it myself.
13. Seven stars going down my rib cage on my right side. Each star is filled in with something different.
14 & 15. I have stars around each nipple.

Good luck with your new tattoo!! :)

Have only one, for now...back of my left shoulder, it's a triquetra (the main symbol from the show Charmed, though that's NOT where I got the idea) with the words "Lucky Goddess" written around it. It symbolizes my belief in the power of being a woman, a goddess of sorts.
