If you want a killer behind, you really should find an elliptical. Since you don't have equipment, squats and lunges will be your best friend.

Sadly high school is just a bunch of superficial kids. I say work on making yourself happy and when you get to college there will be lot's of good guys coming after you. I have always liked girls that are different. I could never stand preppy trendy cheer leaders, or popular girls. I had a very hard time in high school because people thought I was a nerd. But after, I got so much attention I didn't know what happened. So don't rush things and don't give up. People that act popular will never care about you. Don't give in to scummy guys, but look more toward the cute somewhat nerdy guys that smile at you but are too shy to talk to you. They will work harder to make you happy.

Look for a video tape called 8 minute abs and there is another one called 8 minute thighs. OMG, you are gonna feel the burn and it will hurt the first few times but after a while you will get used to it. It really works. I think you can find it on beachbody.com

Try finding DVD's of Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel, I thing they were by Tammy Lee Webb? I used them in college and really liked them. Also, Denise Austin is great and well as pilates, step, ane body specific yoga. Look into it. I think it should be a great help to you.

the FIRM fanny lifter is the best for any ones legs and Buns. As far as the stomach abs, try TAMIE LEE WEBs' (abs of steel) and (buns of steel) they really work it fast! You can get these tapes on ebay cheaper than a dept store. Good Luck!

pick up a copy of seventeen magazine each month. they have a whole training section in it. it really helps.

however if that doesnt work, do bicycle moves and v-ups. or lay down and bring your legs up and lower them slowly.. and right before you get to the ground bring them in a back up.

as for the butt, try running while keeping your knees up. it stregthens EVERYTHING in that area.

I know that the cross crunch works great for abs! My boyfriend uses it, and he has great abs. I also use it when I'm at his house.
