How much more is it going to hurt, I already have 2, 1 inbetween/just above my shoulderblades and the other at the bottom of my back.

anyone have a 'home remedy' for getting rid of acne? I've tried the toothpaste on a bandaid over night, stridex, clearasil, and a few others, but i have yet to find a good one. Anyone know of a good home made one, or a store bought one that is reasonable (less than $20 for a tube or whatever)?
