Eat well, if u r lean then eat more than 3 times & make it a routine, drink lots of water after every meal, drink some 5-6 glasses of water in the morning as soon as u get up it will really improve ur immune system & relieve u from gastric troubles, exercise daily. Be happy & keep ur surroundings happy & clean.

Personality means not your looks. Its not seen out. To develop your personality You should always follow certain ethics in life. Be a responsible, Sincere, loyal, kind, loving, healthy mind,be positive which is very important for a personality development. If you r positive you will be very strong in your thinking, you will never make mistakes in any decision making process. Eat very well (good food) at the right time you'll have a good health.
