By womanizer, are you imp lying that he cheats? Because maybe I'm being naive here, but if someone wants to marry you, it usually means he wants to be with YOU and ONLY you, and that he's wanting a future with you and only you.
If he IS cheating, then I think the answer is obvious...dump him!

You have self image problems.
You should get some real help. Face it, you can leave them, mourn the loss of love, get better and move on, ~or~ , waste mountains of time you will Never get back trying to either change someone who is happy with themselves, or trying to deal with a problem that was never yours in the first place no matter how much you believe it is at this moment.
No one should waste their time on something they know with their mind will never turn out to their benefit. It’s realistic and ok for you to be happy, and it will not come in the service of someone who will never give you what you need

It is so important that you let him know how his actions hurt you,& if the shoe was on the other foot how would this feel to him.He obviously sees it as harmless, but if he doesn't know how his actions make you feel, he will keep on womanizing. It is actually degrading to you,as he says he loves you, let him know that.Every one of us looks, but there is a limit, when it starts to hurt the other partner. In a loving relationship respect is a must by both parties, as this could lead to a bigger issue later if you don't let him know now how his actions really make you feel. It's always best to be open & honest in a relationship as early as possible to avoid having to keep things bottled up, as they only end up being a much bigger problem, I am sure if he loves you the way he does, he will respect the way you feel.

What do you mean he is GOOD to you? If he is a womanizer and you are complaining about it, then obviously he is not THAT good to you.
If you let him know that it hurts your feelings a great deal, he may just go to greater lengths to hide it.
I, for one, could NEVER be with someone who was unable to be devoted. If you are the same, the best thing you can do for him is to break up with him; the relationship will break your heart and make him feel guilty.

Can I answer by asking you some questions instead? How can you say he's good to you when he cheats & womanizes? 1st, he's taking you for granted. He thinks you will always be there for him no matter what.. 2nd, he does not respect your feelings. (Girl you are no rag doll...), 3rd, he's selfish, thinks only of himself (need I say more??) Being married will not give you assurance that he will be a changed man. So think it over.. Before you take the big leap.

Sorry Sweets, but DUMP him before he breaks your heart. A bad relationship is NOT better than no relationship but self respect lives forever.

You deal with him by dumping him. How can he be good to you if he is womanising? Trust me, the womanising aint going to stop and after the marriage (if it happens that is!) it will be worse.
You are better off alone!

Put estrogen in his coffee until he begins to grow boobs, then give him a taste of his own medicine.
