Painfull for the guys to get done, but good for the sex. So most that have it done think its worth it. However some women dont like it. The question is do you want it done?

Actually, z, the PA goes through the pee-hole (the urethra) and comes out at the base of the glans (the head of the penis). I've had mine for about 16 years now and yes, women do indeed love it. The piercing that's done just at the base of the head is called the 'frenum' and it hurts worse than the good'ole prince albert!!

well my boyfriend had to take his out because I have an inconspicuous piercing also and the two didn't go well together. but before I got mine done, sex was amazing.
