I have no tattoos myself, so cant tell you about the pain, but i must say, i saw a beautiful design, like a basic pattern, sort of like climbing ivy on the wrist, then it climbing up the side of the hand, along the side of the little finger, with a small flower. So gorgeous.

I have a blue rose on my wrist, with script writing just below it.It says Madre, the Spanish for mother.I'm not Spanish, but my sis live in Spain and my mother visited often and loved the place.Yes,it hurt.It was like a dart drilling deep into the bone, but the pain is soon over. Log onto any tattoo site and you'll see all kinds of designs. Mine was free....my brother is a tattooist.Had no problems afterwards cos I kept it clean and used Germolene on the skin,4 times a day. Choose wisely, you're gonna be stuck with it.Good luck

On your wrist it is going to hurt like hell. Now before you go off and do it think about how your grandmother would look with a tattoo on her wrist. Instead of your wrist where it could even prevent you from getting a good job in the future maybe put one by your belly button. I have one on my back on the right shoulder. So you see I am not telling you to not put one on just keep it to a place that is easy to cover up

The bottom of the wrist (on the palm side) is fairly sensitive, sort of like a bee sting, but not really unbearable. The rest of the wrist isn't really too bad. I think if you can handle the ones you've got, you shouldn't have a problem with the wrist!

i have a tatoo on each on my wrists. one's a butterfly and the other's a heart with a barberd wire around it. both are about 1 inch by 1inch. and look really cute
they didnt hurt me at all. but i guess it depends from person to person. but i dont think it would hurt very much.
incase ur getting one done, make sure its not on the wrist on which u wear ur watch or else it wouldnt show.
all the best!

i have one it's on my left breast, it's a rose, with a love heart and a scroll through it saying my boyfriends name! It's the only one i have and the only one i ever will have, it's to keep him right next to my heart always!!!
i dont think it will hurt that much more that the others!
p.s. i heard someone was going to get paw prints one time and thought that was a cool idea, not round your wrist but maybe going up, aww tiny wee paw prints that would be nice!!

Don't do it! They're permanent, and they look ghastly on older skin!!
Why don't you get a henna design instead. They last for ages, but do eventually wear off. There are some great Celtic designs, and if your tastes or fashion changes, you can just go for a different design.

i have a tattoo on my lower back. the reason for getting it there was because i wanted it there !....i would not get one on my upper arm or wrist because (as i am female) i just couldnt imagine myself with a tattoo when im alot older. at least when it is not going to be noticable.
